Products are delivered Australia wide using Australia Post (Registered Post). Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia. Please be aware deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer. This service will require your signature when the parcel is delivered. If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office.
Bundaberg East Cabin & Tourist Park is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.
Please note: *This policy does not apply after the booking has commenced.
• Low/Off Peak Season: - Cancellations advised with 24 hours notice prior to scheduled day of arrival – payment made is refundable less a $30 cancellation fee. Cancellations inside 24 hours of scheduled day of arrival will result in forfeiture of all monies paid. No credits given.
• High/Peak Season: - Cancellations advised with 21 days notice – payment made is refundable less a $30 cancellation fee. Cancellations inside of 21 days of scheduled day of arrival will result in forfeiture of all monies paid. No credits given.
• If less than the above mentioned notices are given for a cancellation, no refunds or credit will be given. This also applies for all date changes/booking alterations.
If you do not notify Bundaberg East Cabin & Tourist Park of your cancellation, or if you do not arrive by 10.00am on the day after your scheduled arrival date, then your booking will be cancelled by the Park Owner or Manager without any refund to you.
*ONCE YOUR BOOKING HAS COMMENCED NO REFUNDS or CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN!
Cabins/Villas: If extra cleaning is required (e.g. dirty dishes/cutlery/ pots), or damage has been caused to the Cabin/Villa, an extra charge will be applied and/or your $20 key deposit will be forfeited.
