A deposit is required to secure each reservation. A deposit equal to the first night's Accommodation/site tariff must be paid at the time of booking or payment within 7 days of booking reservation, otherwise your reservation will be cancelled. No reservations will be guaranteed without a deposit. The deposit can be paid by credit card over the telephone, we accept Visa and MasterCard. Personal cheques will not be accepted. If sending a money order or business cheque, please record your full name, postal address, phone number and reservation number on the reverse side. If the booking is Peak Season (Christmas School Holidays) you will be required to pay the full amount one month prior to the arrival date as confirmation. The balance of your account is payable on arrival by Cash, Credit Card or Eftpos. Please note that business cheques are not accepted on arrival unless by prior arrangement with our Staff / Management.
Members of Family Parks of Australia and New Zealand are eligible for their 10% discount on their booking only (to the value of $40 Cabins/Villas, $20 Sites). Please mention your membership upon booking and present your membership card upon arrival at Bundaberg East Cabin & Tourist Park. (If you are not a member please ask our staff how to join).
CHECK IN is from 11:00am (sites) and 2.00pm (cabins / villas), CHECK OUT on or before 10.00am.
Christmas Day: Please note Bundaberg East Cabin & Tourist Park is closed on Christmas Day. Arrivals and Departures cannot be scheduled for this day.
Please note: This policy does not apply after the booking has commenced
Low/Off Peak Season - Cancellations advised with 24 hours notice prior to scheduled day of arrival - payment made is refundable less a $30 administration fee. Cancellations inside of 24 hours scheduled day of arrival will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.
High/Peak Season - Cancellations advised with 21 days notice prior to scheduled day of arrival - payment made is refundable less a $30 administration fee. Cancellations inside 21 days of scheduled day of arrival will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.
If less than the above mentioned notice is given for a cancellation, no refunds or credit will be given. This also applies for all date changes/booking alterations.
If you do not notify Bundaberg East Cabin & Tourist Park of your cancellation, or if you do not arrive by close of business on the day of your scheduled arrival, then your booking will be cancelled by the Park Owner or Manager without any refund to you.
Once your booking has commenced NO REFUNDS or CREDITS will be given!
Cabins / Villas: If extra cleaning is required (eg. dirty dishes / cutlery / pots) or damage has been caused to the cabin / villa, an extra charge will be applied .
